State-owned construction companies are predicted to benefit from the passage of Job Creation Law. In terms of funding, plans on establishing the Sovereign Wealth Fund may potentially be the solution to fund some government projects. Besides, the law also regulates the acceleration of housing building for low income households. Furthermore, growth of foreign investment expected to be reached through this law will also positively impact infrastructure construction in Indonesia.
