MIKA – Inpatient Segment Supports Recovery

MIKA booked net income of IDR 570 Bn in 9M20 or a slight decline of –2.9% yoy. However, performance improved greatly on a quarterly basis with 3Q20 net income jumped 160% to IDR 253 Bn (vs IDR 97 Bn in 2Q20). Declining volume from patient admissions and visits were able to be balanced out by increases in average spending.

BBRI – Increasing Micro Segment Contribution

BBRI booked a decline in net profit to IDR 18.6 Tn (-45.8% yoy) throughout 2020. Net Interest Income (NII) dropped by 3.1% yoy and resulted in the decline of PPOP to IDR 59.6 Tn (-9.9% yoy). Meanwhile, BBRI also booked a significant increase in provision expense by 44.3% yoy. Government support to recover the MSME sector as well as low cost of fund will be the supporting factors of BBRI’s performance in 2021.

Throughout 2020, ISAT booked top line growth of 6.9% YoY. But, financial costs and changes from fair value of derivatives resulted in ISAT’s bottom line to book another net loss in 2020. We see that the proposed sales of 4,000 towers will help ISAT’s bottom line to recover in FY21/FY22.

AALI – Higher ASP Boosts Performance

AALI’s top line grew by 7.8% during pandemic and reached over IDR18.8 trillion, resulting in bottom line of IDR833 billion, or increased significantly by 294.6% YoY due to higher ASP which grew by 27.7% YoY or jump to IDR8,545/kg compared to previous year. We maintain BUY recommendation with lower Target Price at IDR13,175.
